What is a Super dApp?
The all-new Supra Layer-1 blockchain features full vertical integration of core services such as oracle price feeds, onchain randomness, automation, and bridges — all built right into one chain. This enables devs to create an astounding new breed of dApps, never seen before in Web3. We call them Super dApps.
Supra's vertically integrated architecture gives dApps better performance, shared security, and cost-efficiency gains. This is crucial for unlocking next-gen Super dApps with new capabilities, while cutting down user friction and onboarding new users to Web3.
How it works
This hackathon competition series will be held globally, open to teams of all sizes. Bring your big ideas and your vision for a better decentralized future, powered by Super dApps, and impress the judges.
Competition Format
Teams will submit project details with a walkthrough video during the open submission window. They will be judged on concept of the Super dApp and the execution. Winners will get funding and featured on Project Blast Off for a week in front of 500k verified users. Every season will have 12 winners from DeFi, SocialFi, and GameFi.
Schedule
The Super dApp Showdown Season One has already begun — the competition will be on an ongoing basis, with new seasons launching every three months. If you aren’t quite ready today, you won’t have to wait long for another chance to reach one of the fastest-growing communities in Web3.
